Ken Francis - President / CEO
Ken Francis began his career in our industry after graduating from the University of Puget Sound in Business and Economics. In 1984 Ken started his career as a principal with Team Marketing, Inc. managing their sales team in the Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska markets. In 1985 while managing the sales force, he pioneered Costco Wholesale expanding their business in Automotive, Hardware, Sporting Goods, and other hardlines departments. The Team Marketing, Inc. business grew to over $150,000,000 in sales for the companies they represented. In 2006 Ken carved out the Hardline business from Team Marketing, Inc. and started TNT, Marketing Inc. concentrating their efforts at Costco Wholesale and, Inc.

Bridget Lutgen - Vice President
Bridget has been a manufacturer sales representative since 2003 working with Home Depot and began focusing on e-commerce with Amazon in 2008 and expanded her focus to include Costco in 2009. Her experience ranges over multiple categories including automotive, toys, hardware, sporting goods, office and more. Prior to her time as a sales rep, she worked for a home improvement manufacturer, working with Home Depot and Lowe’s and training the national rep team. With her experience, Bridget not only has a strong understanding of the retailer’s needs and systems but is also very knowledgeable on how our suppliers’ organizations work and can help strategize and resolve issues from their viewpoint.

John Halac - Southern California Sales Manager
John Halac brings over 30 years of experience in the warehouse club and retail industry.  He began his career with Price Club and moved to Costco after the merger in 1993 working in Automotive and eventually becoming the first non-foods Kirkland Signature buyer.  This path provided a unique opportunity to develop items from inception to finished product, working with all aspects of the manufacturing and logistics process.  His experience and knowledge is helpful to suppliers looking for an advantage developing the right items for Costco.  John has been with TNT since 2011 and manages the Southern California business out of San Diego.


Andrew Berg - E-Comm Sales Director
Andrew Berg joined TNT in 2015 and has prior experience in sales and marketing as well as a strong background in customer service and customer relations.  Andrew manages multiple accounts with Costco and Amazon focusing on sales initiatives and marketing.  He works with vendors to develop sales reports for analysis, various marketing strategies, product proposals, new item set-up and regularly oversees product maintenance.  He has an eye for detail with strong organizational skills and always strives to provide the best possible customer experience he can.

Cheryl Pomp King - Costco Sales Assistant
Cheryl Pomp King has been an integral part of TNT Marketing and previously TEAM Marketing for over twenty years establishing long standing relationships.  Cheryl organizes and manages the processes of vendor and item set-up from start to finish.  She works closely with Costco Quality Assurance and the Imports teams.  Cheryl was the lead on the first ever Kirkland Signature Toolbox, a global program.  She also manages the day to day maintenance of the Costco business.  Cheryl prides herself on being extremely organized and on providing excellent customer service.

Alexandra Angel - Costco Sales Asst. / E-Comm Sales & Analyst
Alex Angel joined TNT Marketing in 2018 and has been working in sales and customer service for over four years.  Alex has experience in business management, focusing on inventory replenishment and expense budgets.  She has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, which help her provide an outstanding customer experience.  Alex uses her marketing and analytical strengths to assist our vendors in maximizing their Amazon presence and also manages the order fulfillment, logistics and internal processes for our vendors at Costco.

Bria Harper - E-Comm Sales & Analyst
Bria Harper joined TNT Marketing in 2018 and is an expert in customer service with a strong background in digital marketing and strategic planning.  Bria has 10 years management experience; with an emphasis on creative development, inventory management, sales and forecasting.  She is analytical and a highly driven sales professional who always puts the customer first.

Kameron Gambill - E-Comm Sales & Analyst
joined TNT part-time in 2019 and was brought on full-time at the beginning of 2021.  Kameron has an extensive background in sales and marketing complimented with prior experience ranging from account management, data analysis, supply/inventory forecasting, retail development and team trainings. Kameron prides himself in customer relations and creating professional trust to collaborate most efficiently and effectively daily. He strives for those relationships to be fortified with strong retail/sales understanding to best support the direction and needs of TNT's vendors.
